To generate Bio-products like bio-fertilizers, bio-pesticides & Micronutrients for farmer’s use as well as train them on application techniques. Demonstration & Training to farmers on use of bio-inputs in crop production & refrain them from using toxic & environmentally Hazardous Chemicals.
To help and generate training programme for self-employment of women and educated unemployed people and to work for adult education
Increasing agricultural production and productivity, to ensure food security for the rising population
Developing areas of untapped potential, thereby correcting emerging imbalances in growth in eastern, hilly, rain-fed and drought-prone regions
Addressing problems of under-employment, unemployment and malnutrition in rural areas through diversification of agriculture and promotion of horticulture, fisheries, dairy, livestock, poultry, beekeeping, sericulture, etc.
Accelerating the development of rain-fed and irrigated horticulture, floriculture, aromatic and medicinal plants production, and plantation crops, with full back-up support of processing and marketing, both for the domestic market and for exports.

NGO aims at improving the living conditions of the rural people. It educates them on the efficient use of soil and rain water and harvesting the surplus to create water resources and making optimum use of natural resources like land and water .It also focuses on employment generation and development of human and other economic resources of the village in order to promote savings and other income generation activities.
